Diana Smith

Diana Smith serves as the Director of Subcontracts at SMX since April 2022, bringing extensive experience in subcontract management. Prior to this role, Diana held the position of Subcontract Manager at Smartronix, LLC from November 2021 to April 2022. Diana's career at SAIC spanned from February 2009 to October 2021, during which various roles included Subcontracts Senior Manager, Subcontracts Manager, Senior Subcontract Administrator, and Subcontracts Administrator. In these positions, Diana developed and administered subcontracts, managed supplier relationships, ensured compliance, and supported proposal teams while also demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills. Diana holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Psychology from William & Mary.
