Ed Bennett

Ed Bennett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system integration and telecommunications. Currently serving as a System Integrator at SMX since August 2025, Bennett previously held the same position at Sherpa 6, Inc. from October 2022 to August 2025. Prior to these roles, Bennett worked at CACI International Inc. as a Satellite/Telecom Network Technician from June 2018 to October 2022. Bennett's military background includes serving as an Electromagnetic Spectrum Manager for the US Army between August 2016 and June 2018, and in various leadership roles, including J6 Communications Directorate Supervisor at Special Operations Command South from August 2011 to July 2016, and Electromagnetic Spectrum Manager with the 82nd Airborne Division from April 2006 to July 2011. Bennett started a military career as a Drill Sergeant in the 3/13th Infantry Regiment from September 2002 to September 2005.
