James Evans

James Evans started their work experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin in June 2012 and stayed until December 2012. James then worked as a Teaching Assistant from January 2013 to May 2013, and as a Research Assistant from June 2013 to August 2013.

In September 2014, James joined ReefPoint Group as a Senior Analyst and worked until October 2016. James then moved on to StaffSked, where they worked as a Data Scientist from January 2015 to October 2016.

In December 2016, James started working at The Kenjya-Trusant Group LLC as a Data Scientist and worked until April 2019.

Since April 2019, James has been working as a Data Scientist / Team Lead at SMX.

James Evans earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) summa cum laude in Linguistics from William & Mary in 2011. James later pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Computational Linguistics from The University of Texas at Austin, graduating in 2014. In November 2021, they obtained the AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
