Jill Blair

Jill Blair, CF APMP, has a robust background in proposal coordination and management with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Proposal Coordinator at SMX since June 2022, Jill previously held positions such as Principal Proposal Analyst at Raytheon and Proposal Coordinator at Sierra Nevada Corporation. Jill has demonstrated expertise in generating proposal content, managing proposal production priorities, and ensuring compliance with Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements. Past roles include proposal management and writing for multiple clients, including the U.S. Navy and Lockheed Martin. Jill's experience is further enhanced by a long tenure at Raytheon, where responsibilities included security leadership and proposal writing for classified programs. Jill holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing from Colorado State University.
