John Koen

John Koen is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in cloud solutions architecture and systems engineering. Currently a Senior Cloud Solutions Architect at SMX since May 2017, John previously held roles such as System Engineering Manager at iGov and Principal System Engineer at ARMA Global Corporation, where responsibilities included providing technical leadership and tier 4 support for USSSOCOM's enterprise networks. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, John has contributed to various organizations, including SAIC, Jabil Circuit, and the United States Marine Corps Forces Pacific Command, focusing on system integration, project management, and IT consulting. John holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
