Currently serving as Vice President of Federal Civilian at SMX since January 2020, Joseph previously held the position of Senior Director at the same company. Prior to SMX, Joseph was Director of Enterprise Analytics at Datastrong and Director of Operations at Computer Enterprises, Inc. Joseph's career includes significant tenures at the Internal Revenue Service and Booz Allen Hamilton, where roles included Senior Enterprise Delivery Manager and Information Technology Manager, respectively. Joseph holds an MBA in Systems Thinking from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Capitol Technology University.
