Michael Shingledecker

Michael Shingledecker, C.P.M. has over 25 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management. Michael most recently served as the Vice President of Procurement at SMX since August 2020. Prior to that, they held various leadership roles at Parsons Corporation, including Vice President of Supply Chain, Procurement Director, and Procurement Manager. From 2009 to 2017, Michael was the Director of Procurement at Alion Science and Technology Corporation. Michael also served as the Director of Procurement at Global Linguist Solutions, LLC from 2008 to 2009. Earlier in their career, they worked at G4S as the Director of Contracts, Procurement and Administration, Director of Contracts and Procurement, and Supply Chain Manager. From 1996 to 2005, they held multiple positions at ISA, Inc, including Director of Contracts and Procurement, Director of Purchasing and Logistics, Director of Purchasing, and Purchasing Manager.

Michael Shingledecker, C.P.M. holds an MBA in IT Management/Strategic Management from the University of Maryland. Michael also has a BSBA in Finance from PennWest Clarion. In addition, they are a Certified Purchasing Manager, certified by the Institute for Supply Management.
