Robert Conrad

Robert Conrad is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a diverse background across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Specialist at Smythe LLP since May 2023, Robert conducts needs assessments, designs training programs, and evaluates their effectiveness. Previous roles include Team Lead Instructional Design at First West Credit Union, where leadership and operational efficiency were key, and Senior Learning Solutions Lead at KalTire, focusing on mentoring and program impact. Additional experience includes teaching at Simon Fraser University, consulting at PwC Canada, and various training positions at companies such as BC Liquor Distribution Branch and Client Logic. Robert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Bishop's University, and is pursuing further education at Thompson Rivers University.
