Why Work With Me?

Early in my career, I struggled to navigate the corporate world. I made mistakes, learned hard lessons, and often had to figure things out alone—first as a young engineer, and later as a leader without formal training or mentorship. Those experiences taught me something powerful: Success comes faster when you combine learning on your own with the right coach or mentor. Today, I help professionals avoid unnecessary mistakes, accelerate growth, and unlock their full potential.

My coaching combines:

25+ years of executive and consulting experience
Proven leadership and business insights
Self-awareness and mindset transformation
Practical strategies for career and leadership success

I use a generative coaching approach to uncover blind spots, challenge limiting beliefs, and create actionable strategies for growth. Clients describe me as a calm, knowledgeable, and trusted advisor who gives 200% in every interaction.

Leadership Experience

I held various positions of progressively increasing seniority during his corporate career and worked as the Director of Engineering for a Manufacturing firm. I led Global teams that successfully launched over 20 complex and innovative programs.
