Yusra began their career at Motive as a Technical Support Specialist, where their role included answering inbound inquiries, performing customer service analysis, and evaluating existing systems. In 2020, they held the same role at both CSS (Pvt) Ltd. and Motive. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at SnackMagic | SwagMagic.
Yusra Jami completed their L.L.B in Law from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur in 2017 after studying there from 2015.
