Greg Spaulding

Greg Spaulding has extensive experience in the field of people operations and talent acquisition. Greg started their career at Jobspring Partners, specializing in placing developers in the Greater Boston area. Greg then moved on to roles at Axceler and ViewDo Labs, where they focused on talent acquisition and enterprise social network analytics. Greg later joined Localytics as the Head of Talent Acquisition, working with well-known brands to maximize customer experiences. Greg then transitioned to ezCater, first as the Director of Talent Acquisition and later as the VP of People Operations and Strategy. Greg then joined Fairmarkit as the VP of Talent and subsequently Snackpass as the VP of People. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong focus on leveraging technology and data to optimize procurement and talent acquisition processes.
