At Snakke & Co., we co-design participation. Working closely with municipalities, ministries, NGOs, and businesses, we create processes that genuinely involve people, foster meaningful dialogue, and shape lasting transformation. Our expertise spans from spatial planning and design, societal challenges to organisational development and change —always rooted in openness, collaborative thinking, and care.

We design processes that put people at the heart of transformation—through meaningful dialogue, smart structure, and inclusive action.

What we do: We design and facilitate participatory processes that put people at the heart of transformation. We turn collective intelligence into collective action — so that ideas become decisions, and conversations create change. We enhance the transparency, effectiveness, and legitimacy of organisational planning, decisions, and actions.

How we do things: We design strategies that prioritise authentic dialogue, amplify diverse perspectives, and ensure all voices contribute meaningfully. We address our projects with empathy, curiosity, and creativity — adapting the process to the people it serves.

For whom we do this: We embrace the creative openness of participatory processes, and we offer stability through structure and experience for our clients. At Snakke & Co, we help institutions, organisations and communities to co-create futures worth believing in.
