Giulia Mancin

Giulia Mancin is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, learning and development, and performance management. Currently serving as the Group People Acquisition Senior Manager at Snam S.p.A. since October 2017, Giulia leads the HR department for the North-East and South Area of the Italian Operations Department, overseeing various HR processes for approximately 560 employees across multiple business units. Prior roles include Head of People Value at Alleanza Assicurazioni and Group Talent Management Program Manager at Generali, where Giulia managed development programs for top executives and led initiatives in training and assessment. With a solid educational background that includes a Master’s degree in Training Science and a Master's in Organization & HR Management, Giulia has developed key competencies in leadership development and strategic HR initiatives throughout a diverse career in major organizations.
