Clare Evans

Clare Evans has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Clare is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Snap Analytics since February 2023. Prior to their current role, Clare worked as a Recruitment Manager at Marcussen Consulting from May 2016 to June 2019, where they specialized in tax consultancy services. Before that, they were a Business Manager at Hays Human Resources, where they focused on recruiting HR professionals in Bath and the surrounding area from January 2010 to March 2014. Clare also worked as an Interim Recruitment Advisor at Oasis Healthcare from October 2008 to March 2009, where they assisted in setting up a shared service center. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Sales Agent at Rossetti Marketing Ltd, representing factories at trade fairs and managing accounts from November 2005 to December 2008. Clare's professional journey began as a Recruitment Consultant at Jonathan Wren in April 1999, followed by a role as a Senior Recruiter at Gordon Yates from July 2001 to March 2003. Clare then returned to Hays and served as a Business Manager from March 2003 to November 2005.

Clare Evans obtained their A-levels from Malvern College between 1992 and 1994. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies at London Metropolitan University from 1994 to 1998, graduating with honors.
