Fergus Ustianowski has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Data Analyst at Snap Analytics since April 2023. Fergus Ustianowski began their education at Beaver Road Primary School from 2004 to 2010, where they obtained their Sats degree. Fergus then attended Stockport Grammar School from 2010 to 2015, where they received their GCSE degree. Following this, Fergus continued their education at Stockport Grammar School from 2015 to 2017, completing their Alevel degree.

After completing their secondary education, Fergus enrolled at the University of Bristol and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Physics from 2018 to 2021. Fergus then furthered their studies at the same university, completing a Master's degree in Management from 2021 to 2022.

Alongside their academic pursuits, Fergus obtained certifications including the Gold, Silver, and Bronze levels of The Duke of Edinburgh's Award in 2018, 2016, and 2014 respectively. Additionally, they obtained certifications as an Advanced Open Water Diver and an Open Water Diver from PADI, although the specific dates of attainment are not provided.
