Jan van Ansem

Jan van Ansem has a diverse work experience in the field of data warehouse consulting and SAP technology. Jan co-founded Snap Analytics in 2021 and served as a Data Warehouse Consultant. Before that, they worked as a Principal Data Warehouse Consultant at Snap Analytics from 2020 to 2021.

Prior to Snap Analytics, Jan was an Independent Principal Data Warehouse Consultant at Foventus from 2019 to 2021. Jan also worked at AgilityWorks Limited as an SAP BW/4HANA migration lead from 2019 to 2020.

Jan has extensive experience at Bluefin Solutions, where they held various roles including Principal SAP Data Warehouse Consultant from 2015 to 2019, Senior Consultant - BI from 2010 to 2016, and SAP BI Consultant from 2007 to 2010. Their work involved designing and implementing BI solutions based on SAP technology and integrating non-SAP data in SAP-oriented organizations.

Earlier in their career, Jan worked as an Information Analyst - Functional Application Manager SAP ERP/BI at Oxfam Novib from 2002 to 2007 and as an ERP trainer and BI Developer at the DUTCH MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS from 2001 to 2002.

Jan's career started as a Consultant - Data Architect at Devote IT Architects from 1998 to 2000, where they were responsible for the corporate data model for ERP and MIS reporting. Prior to that, they worked as a System Analyst at COMPUTEACH TRAININGEN from 1996 to 1998.

Jan van Ansem completed a Bachelor of Education in Physics and Information Technology at Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 1991 to 1996.
