Jamin Johnson

SVP, Operations at Snap Install

Jamin Johnson has worked in various roles in the broadcasting and operations industries since 1995. Theirwork experience includes being a Board Operator / DJ / Engineering Assistant (Part-time) for KROC in 1997, a Technician / Satellite Truck Operator (Part-time) for WCCO-TV in 1999, and an Intern for the Late Show with David Letterman in 1999. In 2002, they were a Senior Technician for KMSP, and in 2003, a News Technical Operations Manager for KMSP/WFTC. From 2007 to 2015, they were Manager of Integration and Engineering for Alpha Video, and from 2015 to 2019, they were Director of Enterprise Planning and Administration - MN.IT@DHS for the State of Minnesota. Most recently, they were SVP, Operations and Vice President of Operations for Snap Install, Inc.

Jamin Johnson attended the University of Southern California from 1997 to 2001, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography/GIS (Geographic Information Systems). Jamin also holds certifications from the Society of Broadcast Engineers as a Certified Broadcast Network Engineer and Certified Broadcast Television Engineer, as well as a Certified Technology Specialist from InfoComm International and an expired Fiber Optics Installer certification from ETA International.
