John Sormer

John Sormer has worked for five companies in the past thirteen years. From 2018 to present, they have been employed by Snap Install, Inc. as the Vice President of Digital Operations and Director of Operations, where they are accountable for the oversight and direction of the professional services teams, and is responsible for enhancing business operations and best practices to ensure a turnkey solution for clients. From 2016 to 2018, they were employed by InterDyn BMI as a Project Controller, where they were responsible for working collaboratively on the design, implementation, and on-going execution of unified processes. From 2012 to 2016, they were employed by WAND Corporation as a Senior Integration Project Manager and Deployment Manager, where they were responsible for managing numerous concurrent complex, global, multiphase implementations, and launching systems and software packages. From 2008 to 2012, they were employed by Zip Express Installation as the Director of Operations, where they were responsible for achieving revenue and gross margin objectives nationwide while ensuring world-class service for the client. Finally, from 2005 to 2008, they were employed by ALDI Stores as a Retail Manager, where they were responsible for working with the management team to develop and implement organizational strategies, policies, and practices.
