Project Management

The Project Management team at Snap Install is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of video wall and digital signage installation projects across the U.S. and Canada. This team collaborates closely with clients and internal resources to ensure timely delivery, effective communication, and successful onboarding of new clients, while also managing product recalls and preventive maintenance initiatives to maintain service quality.
