Mitchell Raisch is the CEO of Snap Kitchen, a company focused on providing convenient, nutritious ready-to-eat meals, starting in October 2023. Previously, as Global General Manager at F45 Training from 2017 to May 2023, Mitchell played a critical role in driving the company’s growth to a $1B+ initial public offering, overseeing business operations, including sales, marketing, and product development. In earlier roles at F45, including Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Marketing, Mitchell developed strategies that significantly increased brand awareness and sales revenue, contributing to the company's initial IPO efforts. Prior to that, as Co-Founder and Head of Marketing & Operations at The Chill Group, Inc. from 2011 to 2017, Mitchell established a ready-to-drink beverage company that led to a successful acquisition. Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies and Entrepreneurial Technology Management from UC Santa Barbara.
