Crystal Ester

Crystal Ester, LCB, CCS, serves as the RCI & Trade Compliance Manager at Snap-on since June 2015, having also held the role of Trade Compliance Supervisor. Key contributions include project management for USMCA Supplier Solicitation, oversight of Section 301 Duty/Tariff analysis, and the development of compliance training programs, resulting in significant financial benefits such as exclusion refunds and drawback refunds. Prior experience includes positions at Xylem Inc. as Export Administration Supervisor and Abbott as Customer Service Manager and Sr. Customs & Trade Compliance Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed customs compliance, trade policy adherence, and managing import/export processes. Crystal holds a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and degrees in Business Management from Concordia University-Wisconsin.
