David Wermuth

David Wermuth has over three decades of experience in human resources and administration, primarily with Snap-on Tools, where roles have included Senior Human Resources Coordinator, Human Resources Coordinator/Executive Assistant, and Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Human Resources, among others. In these capacities, David has provided extensive support in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, personnel file management, compliance initiatives, and communications. Prior to his tenure at Snap-on, David served in the US Navy as a Yeoman 2nd Class Petty Officer, gaining experience in legal assistance and command support. David is a graduate of Moline Senior High School in Moline, Illinois.
