Don Stebbins

Don Stebbins is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in senior management and board roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board at Savage Companies and a board member for Kaiser Aluminum and Snap-on Tools, Stebbins has previously held significant positions including Chairman and CEO of Visteon Corporation, as well as President and CEO of Superior Industries. Notable achievements include driving global revenue growth at Lear Corporation from $900 million to $17 billion and successfully leading initial public offerings and substantial market transactions. Stebbins holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Finance from Miami University.
