Doug Anglin

Doug Anglin serves as Plant Operations Manager at Snap-on Incorporated, overseeing P&L and production growth in an $80M+ revenue facility with over 200 employees since January 2021. Prior experience at Cameron, a Schlumberger company, includes roles as Supply Chain Manager, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Engineering and Continuous Improvement Manager, and Six Sigma Black Belt, during which Doug led supply chain development across 15 countries and executed significant cost-saving projects. Previous positions also include Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Remington Arms and Quality Engineer at Timex. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
