Eric Baker

Eric Baker currently serves as the Snap-on Tools Group Controller, overseeing a $1.7 billion segment of the business and managing financial functions across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico since September 2015. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Plant Controller at Snap-on Tools, where responsibilities included full financial oversight of a 500,000 square foot facility generating $750 million in annual sales. Eric's career also includes an FP&A Manager role at Viking Pump, a division of Idex Corporation, and various finance positions at Rockwell Collins, including Finance Business Relationship Manager and Operations Finance Manager for multiple locations and an international assignment in Mexico. Eric holds an MBA in Business Management from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Central College.
