Frank Phong

Frank Phong is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical design, procurement, and supplier quality management. Frank's career includes significant roles at Rolls-Royce from April 2008 to April 2011, where responsibilities spanned mechanical design as a Designer, Manufacturing Engineering Purchase (MEP), and Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE). Achievements during this period included the development of CAD design skills, effective project management, and increasing supplier compliance. Frank later served as Senior Procurement & Sourcing Supervisor at Kimball Electronics from August 2018 to February 2022, focusing on supply chain optimization and supplier relationship management within the automotive sector.
