Howard Barlow

Howard Barlow has a diverse professional background with over 40 years of experience in various industries. Currently retired from HB at home since September 2019, Howard previously served as a Regional Account Manager at Snap-on Tools from 2002 to the present, where a commitment to quality and service was paramount. Prior to this role, Howard worked as a Sales Engineer at ATA Engineering from 1994 to 2002, specializing in aviation production and maintenance tooling. Howard's career began in the financial sector as a self-employed financial advisor from 1988 to 1994, followed by a decade in the Royal Air Force from 1977 to 1988, managing a team of engineers as an aircraft technician. Howard holds a Higher National Diploma in Aerospace Engineering from Witney College of Higher Education, earned between 1984 and 1987.
