John Backus

John Backus has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Snap-on Tools since August 2007, following a role as HR Manager within the same company. Prior to this position, John held the title of Senior HR Manager at HUSCO International from July 2002 to August 2007. John Backus graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where studies were completed from 1992 to 1997, and attended Milwaukee Pius from 1988 to 1992.
