Michael Stecher has extensive experience in financial management and operations, currently serving as the Distribution Center Manager at Snap-on Tools since April 2006. Over the years at Snap-on Tools, Michael has held multiple positions, including Finance Manager, Accounting Supervisor, Sr. Financial Analyst, and Financial Analyst. Prior to Snap-on Tools, Michael worked as a Financial Analyst at Allstate Financial from January 2005 to April 2006 and gained experience as a Program Assistant at the UW Whitewater SBDC from 2003 to 2004. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, earned between 2002 and 2004, as well as an Associate degree in General Education from the College of Lake County, completed between 2000 and 2002.
