Philip Chen

Philip Chen is currently the Asia-Pacific Senior Engineering Manager at Snap-on, where they have been since 2012. With 18 years of engineering development and management experience, Philip successfully established an R&D team from the ground up for multinational companies. They possess a strong technical background, strategic thinking abilities, and expertise in process setup and control for new product development and introduction, including Six Sigma and DFSS methodologies. Prior to their role at Snap-on, Philip served as an R&D Manager at Diebold and as a Design Manager at Faiveley Transport.
