Randall Harbin

Randall Harbin has extensive experience in product development and engineering, spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Product Development Manager at both Snap-on Diagnostics and Snap On Tools since June 1986, Randall has played a significant role in the advancement of tools and diagnostics. Prior to these positions, Randall worked as a Senior Project Engineer at Sun Electric from 1986 to 1993 and as a Software Engineer at S. Himmelstein & Company from 1983 to 1986. The professional expertise includes data acquisition, embedded systems, PC-based applications, torque meters, process control, and contributions to military and scientific applications. Educational background includes a degree from Milwaukee School of Engineering and a high school diploma from West Aurora High School.
