Ron Charpia

Ron Charpia is an experienced professional with a diverse background in account management, recruitment, training, and campus operations. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Snap-on Incorporated since August 2019, Ron focuses on the Military and Defense sector. Previously, Ron held dual roles at Monogram Foods, first as Recruiting Manager and later as Training and Development Manager, where responsibilities included collaborating with plant operations to address staffing and training needs. At ITT Tech from 2007 to 2014, Ron was Campus Director, overseeing comprehensive campus operations, including enrollment, regulatory compliance, and budget management. Ron holds a Master’s degree in Family Counseling from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology from Wayland Baptist University.
