Simon Lewis has extensive experience in fleet and operations management, currently holding the position of Fleet Manager for the UK and Ireland at Snap-on Tools since November 2017. Prior to this role, Simon served as Contract Implementation Manager at BMW Group for a brief period in 2017, where responsibilities included managing customer relationships and operational issues. Simon spent ten years with Volkswagen Financial Services as Operations Manager, overseeing national teams and ensuring service excellence across a network of Van Centres, and held various senior roles including Fleet Support Operations Manager and Program Manager for National Fleets. Experience also includes managing customer replacement vehicles and operational efficiency at Volkswagen Van Rental and overseeing branch operations at Arriva. Simon's educational background includes attendance at Northampton School for Boys and Northampton College.
