Tyler Gibney

Tyler Gibney is an experienced Engineering Manager at Snap-on, beginning in May 2011, overseeing plant improvement and capital projects while supporting various departments, including sheet metal operations and assembly. With a robust background in manufacturing engineering, Tyler has previously served as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, managing both large and small-scale projects and supervising union employees. Prior experience includes roles at The Weidt Group, focusing on energy-saving strategies, and an internship with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources, where Tyler assessed efficiency and energy use. Tyler holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and has additional educational credentials from Kirkwood Community College and Benton Community High School.
