Derek Webb has extensive experience in the field of product management and technical support, specializing in VSaaS, intrusion detection, and home automation solutions. Derek has worked for Snap One since August 2012, holding various positions such as Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, and Technical Support Supervisor. Derek also worked as a Classroom Support Technician at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte prior to joining Snap One.
