Eric Fritz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, project management, and mechanical design engineering. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Control & Lighting and previously as Director of Product Management at Snap One, Eric has a strong background in delivering sales growth, developing strategic relationships, and managing cross-functional teams. Prior experience includes roles at Jacobsen, A Textron Company, and Navistar Inc, where Eric honed skills in product lifecycle development, automotive engineering, and process improvement. Eric holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
