John Grant is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and management, currently serving as the Sr Manager of EMEA Support Services at Snap One since July 2014. In this role, John oversees support and education teams across the UK, Germany, and Serbia, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Previous positions include Technical Support Manager and various roles in technical support at Snap One, along with QC Supervisor and Repair Engineer at AMX by HARMAN Europe. John's early career included a role as Product Manager for AV and computer hardware at Ebuyer UK. John holds a Diploma in Higher Education in ICT from The Open University and additional qualifications in project management and portable appliance inspection.
