Matthew Tomlin

Matthew Tomlin is an accomplished IT Director and Program Manager currently leading a team at Snap One, focusing on value delivery through applications, IT infrastructure, and process improvements. Previously, at Dynetics, Inc., Matthew served as Program Manager overseeing software development teams. Matthew's extensive experience at ADTRAN includes roles such as Engineering Director and Release Train Engineer, where Matthew spearheaded a lean-agile transformation initiative that trained 800 professionals and launched nine Agile Release Trains. Additionally, Matthew held various engineering and technical positions at ADTRAN, contributing to software development and test automation. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Auburn University and an MBA from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
