Troy Jordan has extensive experience in customer advocacy and project management within the electronics and construction industries. Currently serving as a Customer Advocate at Snap One since June 2021, Troy previously held similar roles at Control4 and AVWorx. Troy's leadership experience includes serving as President of Beyond AV and Advantage Home Systems, where focus was placed on system design, product integration, and customer satisfaction. Previous roles include owner of Sound Systems and Jordan Construction, as well as a project manager at Oak Construction, leading efforts in commercial construction and tenant improvements. Troy's career began with a strong foundation in home installation at Ultimate Electronics, where significant growth in installations was achieved. Educational pursuits included studies in Recording Arts at Los Medanos College and Mission College.
