Karl Bickmore

Karl Bickmore has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries.

Starting in 1998, they worked as a Client Support Technician at Charles Schwab, where they handled technical support needs for institutional clients using Charles Schwab investment management tools.

In 2000, Karl joined the High Tech Institute as a Computer Networking and Security Curriculum Developer/Instructor. During their time there, they developed collegiate level coursework, lab environments, and teaching tools for subjects related to Computer Information Systems and Cyber Security. Karl also instructed on these subjects and provided train-the-trainer sessions. Karl helped numerous students with practical hands-on work and achieving industry certifications.

In the same year, Karl became the CEO of Snap Tech IT, a managed IT provider focusing on Cybersecurity and Compliance. The company has offices in Arizona, California, and Georgia, providing services throughout the United States. As CEO, Karl is responsible for leading the company and maintaining its CMMC registered status.

More recently, in 2021, Karl joined EOArizona as a Mentorship Chair and Board Member. In this role, they were involved in the mentorship program and served on the board. In 2022-2023 and 2023-2024, Karl served as the Forum Chair and Board Member.

Throughout their career, Karl has gained expertise in technical support, curriculum development, instruction, cybersecurity, and compliance.

Additionally, Karl earned several certifications in the field of Information Technology, including MCSE, MCITP, Security+, Network+, CCNA, CCDA, CNA, and Linux+.
