Jesse Chavez

Jesse Chavez is a Data Science Operation Specialist at Snapdocs since March 2021, with a background in operations and customer account management. Prior experience includes serving as an Account Manager at Lavu Inc., where Jesse built a customer relationship management database and managed over 100 accounts, as well as roles in customer care that involved resolving over 200 support tickets monthly. Prior to that, Jesse worked as an Operations Coordinator at The University of New Mexico, coordinating large-scale sales events and drafting training documentation. Jesse's early career at the University also included a Sales Assistant position, where Jesse enhanced sales margins and provided customer support. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from The University of New Mexico.
