Joni Redmond has extensive experience in both academic and customer success roles. As a Lecturer at San Diego State University from August 2009 to July 2013, Joni taught Women's Studies courses and designed curricula. Joni transitioned into customer success management, initially building the program at Aevy in 2017 and later shaping customer strategies at Clockwork Recruiting and Cint, achieving remarkable customer retention and significant account growth. Additional roles include consulting for nonprofit organizations, directing youth programs at Braille Institute, and managing ecological initiatives at Urban Creeks Council. Joni holds a degree from San Diego State University.
