Taleb Shkoukani

Taleb Shkoukani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementation management and customer success. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation Manager at Snapdocs since May 2020, Taleb has previously held roles as Implementation Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes work as a Commercial & Enterprise Engagement Manager at Bluewolf, an IBM Company, where responsibilities encompassed spearheading project proposals and managing Salesforce consulting services across the Western United States. Taleb also has a background in recruitment and public relations from positions held at Mondo and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Taleb holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics Management from Ohio Wesleyan University.
