Smitha Raphael

Smitha Raphael has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2002, they started their career as a Software Engineer at Mastek Ltd. Smitha then worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Texas at Dallas from 2004 to 2005. Their next position was as a Technical Analyst at Celanese Corp. from 2005 to 2006, where they played a role in Six Sigma project teams and process improvement initiatives. From 2006 to 2011, they worked as a Systems Analyst at iTech for Business.

Smitha's later career focused on project management and implementation services. Smitha joined SnapFulfil in 2011 as a Project Manager and held this role until 2015. From 2015 to 2019, they served as the VP of US Projects, overseeing project operations. In 2019, they were promoted to EVP Project Implementation Services, responsible for the successful delivery of projects. Most recently, they are currently the Chief Product and Delivery Officer at SnapFulfil, a position they assumed in 2021.

Throughout their career, Smitha has demonstrated their ability to effectively manage projects, analyze systems, and improve processes.

Smitha Raphael has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, which they obtained between 1998-2002. Smitha also has an MBA in Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas at Dallas, which they obtained in 2004-2005. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in "Digital Supply Chain: Reinventing Supply Chains for the Future" from Emeritus MIT in the year 2023.
