Rohan Kapoor

Rohan Kapoor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and venture capital. Currently serving as a Senior Venture Fellow at REFASHIOND Ventures, Rohan assists in building an early-stage supply chain technology venture fund. As a Founder and Community Organizer for both the Milan Chapters of the Worldwide Supply Chain Federation and OffChain Global, Rohan fosters networking among supply chain and blockchain professionals. Previous roles include Business expansion at Snapper Future Tech, various consultancy positions in management and supply chain for notable Italian clients, and key account management at STMicroelectronics, where Rohan implemented LEAN practices to enhance operational efficiency. Rohan holds advanced degrees in Supply Chain Management and Business Administration from prestigious institutions, including the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and POLIMI Graduate School of Management.
