Prior to their role at Snapplify, Lynch was the Founder and CEO of Realmdigital, a digital solutions company, where they served for 12 years. Wesley then transitioned to the position of Chairman of the Board at Realmdigital after stepping down as CEO.

Wesley Lynch attended the University of Cape Town in 1996, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemistry. After completing their studies at the University of Cape Town, they then enrolled at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology from 1997 to 2000, focusing on Chemistry.
