Craig Arth has a diverse professional background in the insurance and training sectors, beginning as a Catastrophe Team Leader at Progressive Corporation from September 1999 to May 2009, where management of a team of six claims representatives and oversight of quality assurance processes were key responsibilities. Craig transitioned to American Family Insurance from May 2017 to April 2021 as a Talent Development Claims - Training Specialist, focusing on designing and delivering training tailored to customer needs.
