Clarissa Rackley

Clarissa Rackley, MS-HRM, SHRM-CP, is the People & Culture Director at the Greater Houston Partnership, where they focus on fostering connections and a sense of belonging within the organization. Previously, they served as both People and Culture Manager and Human Resources Generalist at the same partnership, and held a similar role at Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston. Clarissa's diverse HR experience includes talent management, employee retention, and performance management. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas State University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Houston Baptist University.
