James McKay

James McKay is a seasoned content creator and photographer with extensive experience in various roles across the photography and customer service industries. Since 2015, James has worked as a "PRO" Content Creator at Snapwire, producing restaurant menu photographs and stock images while adhering to client briefs and deadlines. In 2018, James founded Mckaycollective photography, managing social media and offering diverse photographic services, including weddings and eCommerce. Prior experience includes serving as Customer Excellence Manager at 500px, where James developed customer support tools and hosted webinars. James also worked as Master Photographer/Studio Manager for Princess Cruises, consistently exceeding sales targets, and as Executive Lifestyle Planner at American Express, providing bespoke services to high-profile clients. James holds a degree in Creative/Commercial Photography and Videography from Humber College.
