Lori Ell is a seasoned business and leadership coach, strategist, and board director with extensive experience in various industries, including finance and agriculture. They have held significant roles such as President of Agristar Inc., and Finance Manager at Nortel Networks, and have served on multiple boards, including those of SNDL Inc. and Calgary Co-op. Lori is the founder and president of Growing Ideas, a consulting firm focused on leadership development and strategic execution. Currently, they provide coaching and advisory services through TEC Canada and hold board positions at Indigenous Services Canada and Thinkific Learn. Lori is a proud Alberta Metis and champions Indigenous economic self-sufficiency and cultural rejuvenation.
